Greenlee Celebrates “Where’s Sluggo” Campaign

In celebration of the 90th anniversary since its initial release, the electrical tools and equipment supplier Greenlee Textron Inc. has announced their “Where’s Sluggo” campaign for its Knockout toolsets.

From April 2 to June 30, the “Where’s Sluggo” campaign will hold a “golden-ticket”-esque contest for customers, where they have to find Greenlee’s company mascot known as Sluggo. To do this, customers must order qualifying sets that are likely to feature imprints of the Slug Buster mascot. If a customer finds Sluggo laser-marked onto the Knockouts, they’ll be eligible to win a Grizzly Cooler and be entered into a raffle, where they will also have a chance to win one of three Alterra MudPro 700 LTD ATV’s provided by their sister company Textron Off Road. A full list of eligible Knockout sets can be seen below.

Greenlee Textron Product Manager Rob Bentley notes that the contest serves as a great time for celebrating the company’s history in regards to their Knockout-branded products, especially since their mascot is involved.

“We are excited to bring Sluggo back to help us celebrate this milestone in Knockouts,” Bentley said. “Greenlee introduced the electrical market’s first Knockout offering in 1928 and continues to innovate Knockout tools and processes.”
